Customer Relations

  • Customer is always right, but you can always suggest another solution so the customer will be able to choose what's he is right about.

  • Always ask about all details, even the smallest ones.

  • Never say "it is done" unless it is visible to your teammates and/or to your customer.

  • Never say "it is possible" just because you know it is; better check out if, what's more, it is quite easy to be accomplished.

  • Customer has its truth and you have yours; remember that even if you are technically right, your customer does not see the same picture, you do - customer has its own perspective to the same scenarios.

  • Customer gives no fuck about "it is by the book or not" - it has to be done, that's all.
